The Lutheran Leader’s Companion is an emerging platform that brings together confessional Lutheran pastors, teachers, theologians, seminary students, and church leaders for structured theological study across languages. It is presently being developed through pilot sessions and collaborative work with international partners.
Across the global Church, many confessional Lutheran pastors and teachers labor in relative isolation. Clergy in remote regions and emerging mission fields often lack colleagues with whom to study and consult. Differences in language complicate work with congregations and institutions abroad, and access to substantive doctrinal and academic resources remains limited for those who would benefit most.
The Lutheran Leader’s Companion is being established to help address these needs. It aims to provide a setting in which pastors, teachers, theologians, seminary students, and church leaders may pursue continuing study across languages and national boundaries, grounded in Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions.
